Set up portal access
Once your subscription has been provisioned, you will receive two emails from KACE Cloud that will allow you to get started:
- Email 1: Welcome from KACE Cloud
- Email 2: Update Your Account

To log in to the portal:
- Follow the link in your Welcome from KACE Cloud email.
- The link will take you to the KACE Cloud portal page.

To establish your system admin user account:
- After your welcome email, you will receive an email called Update Your Account.
- In the email, click the Get Started link to reset your password. (See password requirements below.)
- This will establish your system admin user account credentials.
- Sign in to the KACE Cloud portal using your new credentials.
Password criteria for local system admin user accounts:
- At least 8 characters in length
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- Include one number
- Include one symbol
To configure account credentials for other users:
Once your account is configured, you can configure accounts for other users. Instructions and details on specific user roles can be found in Manage user roles.
